Ruthann got her start in real estate on the mortgage end of the closing table. It was in working closely with clients and guiding them from loan pre-approval to closing, that she realized her true passion to be a realtor. Ruthann prides herself in being a true local expert in the West Volusia market. She was raised here, attended Enterprise Elementary and was part of the second graduating class at Deltona High School. #GOWolves 

She’s a great source for top-notch, local experts in mortgages, home inspections, staging, and surveying. Her Rolodex is filled with a multitude of willing and able buyers and key contractors, all who contribute to a seamless real estate transaction. 

Ruthann has deep roots in this community and loves to give back to the place she calls home. She has also proudly raised her three sons here. When she’s not out marketing and negotiating for her clients, she can be found volunteering in her many community based activities or with family and friends enjoying the beaches, lakes, rivers and many natural springs that our stunning Sunshine State has to offer.
